All products are made to order. Once your order has been placed, it is sent for production before being shipped.

Production Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for dispatch.

After dispatch:

• KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape and Eastern Cape: approximately 4 business days
• Northern Cape and outlying areas: approximately 5 or more business days

Delivery Time

Delivery within South Africa typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
